Explanatory
notes
1.
No new notes were issued while Alastair was running the
Centre for Exploitation of Science and Technology (CEST) Life Sciences practice
between Feb 2000 and Jul 2001 (due to contractual limitations I'm afraid).
2.
However now that CEST has closed PDF versions of several
public domain CEST briefing notes and reports that were written by Alastair are
linked below.
3.
Since August 2001 Alastair has been working for NHSScotland (the national healthcare provider in
Scotland). This has left little time for publishing research, hence the paucity
of briefing papers. However background analysis activities continue in
established areas. Get in touch if you want to discuss a project.
